High-grade alloys such as 14 and 18 carat gold, Sterling silver and platinum can be very often deformed and bended. This requires the frequent intermediate annealing. For bending and deforming
we use mainly different pliers.

Here you can see a round profile (4mm diameter) of sterling silver clamped together with jaw protectors and a iron roundbar. The profile gets strucked strongly around the iron with a plastic-hammer.
